Frequently Asked Questions
Which databases are supported?
Schema Drift Visualizer supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite. Support for MongoDB and MS SQL Server is on the roadmap.
Is my database data ever accessed?
Never. We only read schema metadata (table names, column definitions, indexes, constraints) — your actual data rows are never touched or transmitted.
How often are snapshots taken?
By default, snapshots run every hour. You can configure the interval from daily down to every 15 minutes depending on how actively your schema changes.
